How To Cleanse:
Upholding a healthy diet three days before you start your juice cleanse will help ease the hunger cravings.


Three days before, you must…

·         Eliminate processed/junk/fast foods, sugar, meat, dairy, caffeine and alcohol

·         Stay hydrated – drink 8 (or more) glasses of water per day

·         Get extra sleep

·         Eat more salads, vegetable soup, legumes, raw vegetables, nuts and seeds, tuna, salmon

One day before…

·        Do not take any self-prescribed, or over the counter medications

·        Stop all non-prescribed vitamins and supplements; unless advised to take them by a physician

During your cleanse...

·        Start your first day off with a glass of water and fresh lemon

·        Drink your 6 juices per day in 2 hour increments

·        If you must eat, snack on raw vegetables (eating does slow down the cleansing process)

·        Drink 8 (or more) glasses of water per day

After your cleanse…

·        Start with eating soft, easy to digest foods

·        Gradually incorporate solid foods

·        Try including daily juice into your daily routine to maintain that healthy, amazing feeling that juicing allows us to experience!
